CANCELLATION POLICY

Policies for Luxe Beauty Oasis At Luxe Beauty Oasis, my goal is to provide a luxurious, safe, and professional experience for all clients. These policies are in place to ensure mutual respect, clear communication, and compliance with California law. General Policies 1. Licensing & Hygiene: • All services are performed by a licensed professional. • I adhere to California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology standards for cleanliness and sanitation to protect your health and safety. 2. Age Restrictions: • Guests must be 18 or older to receive intimate waxing services. • Clients under 18 may receive other services with written consent from a parent or guardian, who must be present during the appointment. 3. Client Comfort & Privacy: • Your privacy and comfort are my top priorities. Draping will be used for intimate services, and I will only expose the area being worked on. • Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the service, and future appointments will be denied. Booking & Cancellation 4. Appointments: • All appointments must be booked online through GlossGenius. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100%. 6. Late Arrivals: • Arriving late may result in a shortened service to respect other clients’ time. If more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show. Payments & Refunds 7. Payments: • Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment options via GlossGenius. • Tips are always appreciated but never expected. 8. Refunds: • Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered. If you are dissatisfied, please contact me within 48 hours, and I will make every effort to address your concerns. Health & Safety 9. Pre-Service Requirements: • Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment to ensure a safe experience. • Services may be declined if a condition poses a health risk (e.g., active skin infections). 10. Sick Policy: • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. Clients showing signs of illness may be denied service for health and safety reasons. Client Records 11. Confidentiality: • All client information is kept confidential and used solely for service purposes. No Guest Policy 12. Solo Appointments Only: • For the comfort of all clients, guests (including children) are not allowed in the treatment room. Unless previously discussed and agreed upon By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
