Deposits& Location policy: Deposits are required for all appointments. Location will be sent in confirmation email. Text me when you arrive at (424)218-9787. If you are early to your appointment please message me. Do not knock or try to open door as service maybe in progress. Late/Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be 24 hours prior to appointment. Same day cancellations will result in a 30% service fee. No call/no shows will be charged a 30% service fee. You have a 10 minute grace period. If you do not contact specialist before your appointment that you I’ll be late or are 10+ minutes late your appointment will be canceled and a no show fee will be applied to the card on file. Service refusal policy: I reserve the right refuse service to anyone at anytime . Please be respectful and courteous to your specialist. Do not make your stylist feel uncomfortable or you run the risk of appointment cancellation or even being banned from booking . Contagious Disease Policy: If you are feeling Ill with a contagious disease please inform your specialist. If you arrive to your appointment and are showing signs of illness (coughing,excessive sneezing.etc) I will cancel your appointment and refuse service until you are well.
